WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE I
The city has purchased a farm west of town for a new land application site. Phase I of the project will construct the onsite land application site improvements (storage lagoon, irrigation system, fencing, etc.) The city has signed a revised loan offer with DEQ for the land application site improvements in the amount of $2,404,932. of which $2,304,932. in principal was forgiven. The total repayment of the loan for Phase I is $100,000 financed at a .5% interest rate to be repaid in biannual installments over 20 years. Phase I has been designed by Keller Associates, Pocatello, Idaho, bid and awarded to Kilroy, LLC, Afton, Wyoming.
